Discovery Call
After you contact Bonae Interiors, often via phone, email, or an online form, to request a consultation we will personally share our calendar with you to schedule a Discovery Call. This opens the project conversations and allows both the designer and yourself to understand the project goals and overall design process.

Initial Consultation
After you complete the Discovery Call you will receive a Design Questionnaire. We then begin by gaining a deep understanding of your preferences, lifestyle, and goals, allowing us to create a customized design plan tailored to your needs. Agreement/Scope of Work
After a Consultation, the designer will create the scope of work. This is meticulously crafted based on the conversations we've had and on the thorough examination of your space during our Consultation. By carefully listening to your needs, preferences, and goals, we gain valuable insights into the specific requirements of your project. Once the scope is agreed upon, we will start the design process!

Design Programming Meeting
During our first meeting we will work together to narrow down floor plan options and review mood boards to capture preliminary color, texture, style, and product preferences. This collaborative process first examines the existing space challenges as we work through addressing those challenges and ensuring everyone is aligned with the design concept we have established.

Schematics Meeting
Here, our design team delineates the architectural and structural components of the project. Utilizing the programming and concept design as a foundation, the team transforms these ideas into tangible architectural and spatial designs. Using software to work through the best space planning options that will optimize functionality for you to ultimately select.

Design Development Meeting
With access to a network of trusted vendors and resources, we source high-quality materials, furnishings, and decor that align with your aesthetic and budget. Our team manages all logistical details, including organizing details for procurement, scheduling, and coordination with contractors, to ensure that your project stays on track and within budget. We will discuss all specifics needed in order to progress with the design process.

Construction Document Meeting
This meeting is a crucial stage where finalized plans and specifications are reviewed and approved before construction. Detailed drawings and documents are presented to outline all aspects of the project, ensuring the client's full understanding and addressing any questions or concerns before construction begins.

Implementation
